We are pleased to announce that APA’s CEO, Arthur Evans, PhD, will be the keynote speaker at AK-PA’s Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon on Saturday Sept 7, 2024. Dr. Evan’s did a virtual visit to Alaska in 2020 during the COVID-19 Pandemic and promised to return in person. He will give a keynote presentation on Population Health during the luncheon event (9 am to 12:30 pm). While in Alaska he will meet with Psychology Students to discuss the future of the profession and APA’s vision of a two-tiered certification for Masters and PhD psychologists.

Registration for the event will open August 13th once a few details are worked out.
